Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it at any time within 30 days. All products returned must be in NEW UNUSED condition, 100% complete & contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
ALL Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We currently only ship to the lower 48 states.
FREE Shipping offer only applies to the lower 48 States.
We do not consider Saturday and Sunday to be business days. If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the next business day.
Products may ship in multiple boxes at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Most products are shipped by UPS, FedEx and USPS.
If we happen to discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible to let you know. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Because this is considered a special order, your credit card will be charged at the time of order.
